Right.

There are other incompatibilities, like global variables changed to 
elements of the THISDOC hash, changes in the function references call 
doing the formatting, changes in what the reference functions should do.
I will try not to forget anything...

Should I also note the change in command line options ? They are backward
compatible but obsoleted.
