Re: a new release

I have seen your NEWS file and the cvs NEWS file. I will expand with my 
changes.

For some things (handling of @macro, for example) I am quite certain that
some bugs were fixed (according to the comments some things weren't done
quite right), however I rewrote the code and I tested the new code for 
very complex constructs I haven't tested the old code with, thus I am not 
certain on what bugs were solved exactly. Should I try the tests on the 
old release or just say some bugfixes ? The same happens for a lot of 
sectionning issues.
