Thanks very   much for your rapid  and  helpful answer, you   saved my
day. With overlays  it works nicely, except the  foilhead, it still is
on one single otherwise empty page. May the margin macro you mentioned
would help, can you send it to me please.


I regret  that this  issue escaped  my eyes  when reading the  manual,
maybe some examples would be help in the manual.
