Each thing in its proper time, I guess.  It is a common misconception
that free software needs active development for being good.  While on
the other hand, it is true that a software under active development
benefits from frequent releases.

AAP surely has a TODO list, and many interesting ideas which are pending.

I'm progressively starting to use it, so I receive your comment as
an encouragement to continue.  I too, hope that it will stick around
for a while.  What is surprising, however, is the little acceptance
Aap seems to have in the community.  I presume it is lost in the sea
of competitors, and suffers from the prejudice quoted above.  (It is
ridiculous releasing for the only seek of releasing, or as some people
do, merely to increase Sourceforge activity indices.)  From what I
can see, Bram put a tremendous effort in Aap, and the result is quite
interesting (I've chatted with users enough to know that an effort is
no necessary guarantee of quality, but Bram is not any programmer).

Happy, also, to see some activity in this list.  Not, once again, that a
mailing list needs activity for being good, but at least, I feel a bit
less like being the only user of Aap! :-)
