I'm not KDE expert, but as nobody else speaks up... :)
First KDE 3.2 beta just showed up few days ago, so I doubt you will find 
anybody who runs it here. ;)
But I also doubt you will hit any problems with KMemAid on KDE 3.2;
I bet it will run OK, as there were no serious (compatibility) changes from 
KDE 3.1 to KDE 3.2, AFAIK.
