pt_vodafone is reported working well in #100. Unsure what we can do
about Windows installations of Perl/SSL that seem to be the root cause
of the problems with uk_tvguide.

Testing tv_grab_fr this evening and should _finally_ push updates later.

If all goes well I'll get the release out too!
