BTW, that's why I transferred the XMLTV.ORG domain to Schedules Direct a few years ago.... should I get hit by a bus or go crazy, a non-profit board of OSS devs is in control. > > I've been connecting to Freenode for XMLTV (and Schedules Direct) IRC channels for years... I think I see like 1 or 2 messages a year. Freaks me out when it happens! I haven't decided if I'm going to migrate to libra.chat or just drop IRC and stick with Google Hangouts (or whatever it's called now).... I really don't have frequent IRC chats. Hey all, As a project XMLTV should decide which platform to move to. libera.chat makes sense; I registered on OFTC as it's been up for 20 years and I'm connected for Debian. davic (who I don't know but has always been an op in #xmltv on Freenode) announced today they were parting from Freenode and has left our "official" channel, which is now op-less. I don't know if Robert is auto-opped there, as he's not around as I write this. I wasn't opped when rejoining earlier. It would seem sensible to start registration for #xmltv on libera.chat, if that hasn't been done already. Thanks, Nick
