I just noticed another issue with my patch: Obviously, my meddling with keyboard shortcuts messed up the console pane. One can no longer confirm a command by simply pressing Enter. Shift-Enter works, though... Controlling UI behaviour with MFC still feels rather awkward to me. It seems so "decentralized"...
