Preffered actually. It's easier to control enumerations than the bunch of
IDs in the resource files.

As for ellipsis - option maybe:
e) :pserver:[email protected].../cvsgui (maintain as much of path from the
end as possible and protocol prefix)

Eventually we will have to add the tooltip with full lenght.

I wouldn't worry about that issue at the moment - we can fine-tune such
details later.
