I found a file in CVS

which implies Derek Clifford died on 26 Feb 2004; the "RIP ..." text
has been removed in revision 1.22. Were reports of his death
correct? If so, this would explain why the links aren't working.

If anybody has an alternative location for Derek's book can the links
in http://www.wincvs.org/doc.html and
http://cvsgui.sourceforge.net/newfaq.htm should be updated?

I hope this book hasn't disappeared forever.
