You have probably not installed the CVSNT server at all, just the
client version is my guess.
Then because you have not given any information regarding the versions
of either WinCvs, CVSNT or your Windows platform it is hard giving
advice. For example the CVSROOT string you quoted suggests that you
are using a very old version because it includes the password, which
was only there for a short while....
If your operating system is Win XP Home then it won't do you any good
as a CVSNT server because Microsoft has crippled that version
network-wise.
