RE: WinCVS error for extrenal diff program (WinMerge)

The file was changed and the changes were committed. After that i tried
to view the differences between, say version 1.4 & version 1.5 which is
the recent version. But i get the error.
 
I have properly set the path for WinMerge. Even tried installing to
different paths. But still gets the problem.
Sending a snapshots of tboth the errors.

If the file has changed, then 1 is the correct error code.

What is the error message? Have you properly set the path to WinMerge?
