Hello Torsten!
I am Win98 user and I must say that RC_2 DOES NOT WORK
ON WIN98SE!

The TCVS About dialog says:
  TortoiseCVS version 1.8.19-RC2
  CVS version: [unknown]
  SSH version: TortoisePlink Release 0.56

When I try to checkout a module I get the following
error message from TCVS:
  Trouble launching the CVS process:
  "cvs95.exe" "-q" "-Q" "co" "-c"
  On folder: c:\windows\temp\
The number of semaphores for DosMuxSemWait is wrong

Please check there is a cvs.exe in the same folder
as=20
  TortoiseCVS or on the path.

I looked inside my "e:\Program files\TortoiseCVS\" and
found out that TCVS 1.8.19-RC2 INSTALLER SIMPLY DID
NOT INSTALL cvs95.exe AT ALL!?

I hope this info will help you prepare 1.8.19 final
version :)

Best regards,
Alexey Lyubimov
