I did an update of TCVS, I believe from 1.12.1 RC5. It asked about updating 
CVSNT and I let it.
I have not installed CVSNT outside of TCVS, only using what comes bundled. I 
will try the re-install when I can.

So TCVS can get it, but I can't? Weird way to try to promote it.
