TCVS 1.12.1 and 1.12.2

Somehow I managed to miss the release of these.  Great to see 1.12 as
finally marked stable!
	

I notice that the tortoisecvs.org download page has incorrect links,

The 'changelog' link:

Should be:
http://transact.dl.sourceforge.net/project/tortoisecvs/ChangeLog.txt
Or:

And the 'release notes: link:

I don't know what that should be...
