Hi Steve, No, tag and sticky tag are not the same. Tag is an arbitrary label you can place across a set of files. Sticky tag means what "you've checked out". For example, if you check out version "1.3" or the tag "MyTag" then the sticky tag would be "1.3" or "MyTag" respectively. There's more to it, but that's the quick summary.
