Taking a close look at your model, I noticed a couple
things. First, some of the faces (panels) have flipped
normals. This may lead to some ugly artifacts when
rendering. Anyway, correcting the normals didn't seem
to fix the problem. The second thing I noticed is the
huge scale you are working with. Reducing the size to
1/10 the original one did correct some of the problem,
but still some inner faces showed up in front of the
outer ones. Maybe you sould try reducing the entire
model's size, if this doesn't conflict with your
computational calculations.
