I'd be happy to. :)

Official Docs:
This documentation is still in a transitional phase, and the goals are not set
in stone at this point. The main goal, however, is to produce a document
worthy of becoming the official Blender 2.4 manual, which will be printed and
sold for approximately $70 US... much like the 2.3 manual is today. This
manual is very important to the Blender Foundation, as it provides
significant income for future development. This project aims to provide a
serious reference for people that want to learn about the Blender.

Go Pro!:
This documentation has barely started. My goal is to provide the Blender book
I wish I had had when I was learning the Blender. It aims to be much more
visual and fun to read than the official Blender manual. At some point I
would be interested in seeing this one in print as well (funding the Blender
Foundation), but we're very far away from that point. Whereas the official
docs will be a bit more serious, mine will be more lighthearted (and
hopefully easier to read), and even poke fun at other 3D packages from time
to time, something you'll never see in core docs.

I anticipate that, over time, many different Blender books will appear on this
wiki, each with different focuses and approaches to teaching :)

There's a bit about the differences. Let me know if you have further
questions.
