I dont see this here. Did you compile with Oyranos support enabled?
Which version? Details and a screenshot are required to say more to this.

I would not have started such a tone, but here we go:

Your code changes to enable Windows have introduced lots of bugs and 
crashes and a huge delay of getting CinePaint stable again.
Now that you are confronted with a problem, what ever this might be, you 
come with no other idea than to turn off Colour Management (CM).

Remember CM where in recent years the major interesst to make CinePaint as 
stable as it is now. I, Kai-Uwe Behrmann who advocated CM in CinePaint 
since years, have spent weeks in fixing bugs, move to GTK2, introduce 
i18n, enable HALF support, update OpenEXR, make osX work, improve 
robustness ... in this GTK codebase, not you. Of course others have 
contributed to this too, again not you.
To repeat, the major reasoning was to create a CM capable application.

This is lcms related. Does other packages switch CM off? No.

But you consider easily to switch off my work by default. I am not 
convinced by this style of leadership, which trashes the spirit for hard 
worked out central contributions with such a ease in mind.
