I did not imply that you have to. But I cant do all kind of packages. I 
provide make targets and RPM support.

This would be consequent. I have done such things in the past. 
E.g. Distributions had shipped CinePaint without printing support. This 
was a call for trouble to users. I asked them to not distribute then. This 
special issue is solved now. It is solved for lcms and OpenEXR as well. 
Still Oyranos has to be packaged the same way.

I am all open for Debian to solve the issue with them. This should open 
a way to distribute CinePaint with less trouble to users and in consensus.
