glxgears isn't really a benchmark, but it's a bit strange that it's
that slow. I'd suspect that the BusType PCI option is causing this
(IME this really hurts performance even on r200-class hardware), so
you need to resolve whatever problem you have with your agp modules so
you don't need this option.
