Thanks for your Help. I found the error.

The BIOS has not correct initialize the AGP Slot. And Linux has not correct
initialize the Hardware. This is the reason of the error.

I update the BIOS and the Hardware is correct initialize and i have more
performance. (glxgears 22000 frame in 5 sec = 44000 FPS).
