LCMS with configure script

The past few days have been spent creating a configure-based build
environment for LCMS on Unixish systems.  I got tired of porting, and
reporting LCMS to each system I need to test GraphicsMagick on.  The
package is available from the GraphicsMagick delegates directory:

ftp://ftp.graphicsmagick.org/pub/GraphicsMagick/delegates/lcms-1.10-configure.tar.gz

Please let me know if you run into any problems with the package since
I am pushing to get it accepted by the LCMS maintainer.

LCMS is necessary to properly handle CMS color profiles, and should be
part of any serious GraphicsMagick installation.
