I have added a page which describes how you may contribute to
GraphicsMagick (http://www.graphicsmagick.org/www/contribute.html).
GraphicsMagick is an open development project which solicits active
participation in its development from its user-base, or interested
developers.

There are a large number of GraphicsMagick-related development areas
where interested and energetic developers can make a significant
contribution to the open source world. In many cases, significant
contributions may be made without advertising your intentions in
advance (thereby sparing yourself the risk of embarrassment due to
failure), but if you are working on a significant feature, it is best
to let others know so that there isn't duplication of effort, and the
feature can be prepared for.

Serious developers with demonstrated abilities may apply to become
members of the GraphicsMagick Group, with CVS commit access. All
contributions to GraphicsMagick itself must fall under, or be
compatible with the GraphicsMagick license. Associated projects may
use a different license if the author prefers it.

GraphicsMagick 1.0 will serve as a solid base for future development.

Thanks,

Bob
