kino and dvgrab on x86-64 Gentoo (was Re: Kino Crashes Opening Files)

dvgrab-3.4 captures OK with -noavc.  Ditto if I compile it from the 
tarball; well, it uses the same libraries then so that doesn't make a 
difference anyway.

If didn't find a workaround for kino yet.  Simply disabling AVC controls 
doesn't get capture going beyond the 1st frame.

It's a JVC GR-D725E.  Old and new drivers of 2.6.29 and .30, libraw1394 
2.0.2, libiec6833 1.1.0, libavc1394 0.5.3, libdv 0.9.7.

Dvgrab and kino did work with this camcorder on an x86-32 Gentoo box 
before.  Don't remember what the library versions were on that box.
