Obviously I couldn't.  Doh, sure humm need access to the total time for a
title.
I read it as "Get the current time for this Title" rather than
"Get the current Title's total time".

I'm sure there are a lot of exception here though. Like the total time
in a non sequential PGC / title should not be the time for the whole
PGC and such.
