Ogle won't play DVDs

I recently downloaded and installed Ogle to play dvds on a new drive I just
intalled on my machine.
It won't work, and I can't find anything to help me in the FAQ files.
The problem appears to be...
When I try to open a file by going to the location of my dvd-rom
(/mnt/cdrom) ... the player closes as soon as I press the "open" button.
This also occurs when I browse /mnt/cdrom and try to open a specific file
from the dvd.
This also occurs when I select the "open disc" option in the menu.


I am an ameture linux user, and if there is something really simple I need
to do to fix this, I probably don't know what it is and haven't done it.

I would greatly appriciate help to be able to view my dvds with linux.
