"Found Xv 2.2" simply means that your X server support the Xv extension.
But if you don't have an adater then you specific driver does not support
Xv.  I.e. it depends on what graphics card you have and which driver that
is used.  xvinfo should print a lot of information.  Xorg seems to be a
bit wors than Xfree86 in this regard.

You'll have to tell us exactly what card you have or I can't give you any
more info regarding this.

Most likely libdvdcss can't work around the CSS encryption on thes disc
or your drive is blocking reading of the data.  Run ogle --debug to get
more information regarding this.   Having write access to the drive is
important.  Setting the region might also help.  If you want to play
disc from differen region you might also need to install a region free
firmware for your DVD drive.
