OK. As I was experimenting with the different package options, I found 
that the above statement wasn't entirely correct. Actually, it's 
ogle_gui that doesn't behave correctly. In other words, if I do

ogle -u cli

or just don't have ogle_gui installed when I run ogle, mouse and 
keyboard input does in fact work correctly - for all the different ogle 
versions I've tried (Freshrpms, Ogle web site, CVS.) But, when ogle_gui 
comes into the picture, they don't.
