Hi!
I would like to ask, whether the current xine-lib (1.1.7 - 1.1.8) is able
to play the stream defined as follows:
Stream_type: 27 (0x1b) [= AVC video stream as defined in ITU-T Rec. H.264 | ISO/IEC 14496-10 Video]
reserved_1: 7 (0x07)
Elementary_PID: 1101 (0x044d)
reserved_2: 15 (0x0f)
ES_info_length: 0 (0x0000)
Stream_type: 4 (0x04) [= ISO/IEC 13818-3 Audio]
reserved_1: 7 (0x07)
Elementary_PID: 1102 (0x044e)
reserved_2: 15 (0x0f)
ES_info_length: 0 (0x0000)
It's an experimental HDTV broadcast and it should be MPEG4. I can hear the
sound, it's in mp3 and it's much better than standard mpeg2 sound quality.
However, no video (using kaffeine) can be seen. I can normally play videos
from my mobile camera, which are in .mp4 format.
Is it a codec problem, or bad compile options, or is xine still not ready
for such a media ?
With regards, Pavel Troller
