putting it out of its misery and using something else.

No it isn't. The only attachment that I can see is a waste-of-space HTML
duplicate of your message.

Whatever you're using to send mail - sHotmail web interface? - you *really*
should dump in favour of something significantly less broken - just about
anything not of MICROS~1 would satisfy that...

(Ideally, you'd use something which understands the Mail-Followup-To header,
or at least includes an In-Reply-To header.)

Try the bit within $(...) on its own: you should get a useable URL.
