Accessibility of Excel Server and Related Technologies

Has anyone looked at the accessibility (to assistive technology) of
content provided through Microsoft's Excel Server and similar
technologies. While these things may sound great to IT managers, I
wonder how they work in practice for users of screen readers and the
like?
