Yes, for the most part technical issues are all resolved.  Now I am just
working on importing our old data.  Once that is done there will be a fair
measure of bureaucracy involved before the final unveiling. We are making
progress though, slow but steady.

How are people doing getting eprints 2 up and running? The only registered
"live" site is in Austria. (not counting ones I've set up myself). But I've
given support to dozens of people, so there must be a whole bunch of sites
in "limbo".

I'm guessing that people have worked through the technical side and are now
working on the human issues. These seem as significant as the software
issues.
