Adding fastcgi to C++ cgi on AIX...

Hi,

I successfully copied mod_fastcgi to apache's "modules" folder, configured the module and recompiled Apache.

Now what do I do next?  I see some samples in this mailing list where someone included the "fcgi_stdio.h" header file and called "FCGI_Accept()".

Where do I get the header file and the library associated with it?

I'm using AIX 4.3.3 on an IBM server which is running Apache 1.3.7.  I would like to use xlC because my cgi is in C++.

Any help to get started would be appreciated.
