CGI Parameters

Hi I have just started using fastCGI for my regular CGI scripts. Everything is working great except that when i use parameters (eg in a query string) it works fine the first time, but when i run the script with other parameters it doesn't use the new ones, it uses the old ones. Is there a special way the fastCGI handles parameters?
