You can "fix" this by editing your galeon-ui.xml, and removing any particularily offensive keybindings (In addition to those you've listed, I find C-H, C-B and C-F to be rather annoying, and have removed them). Unfortunately due to the cursed bonobo-ui menus you can't use gtk's standard accelerator editing to do this.
