Do you have any > suggestions for tracking down the problem Form posting will probably always be broken regardless of Galeon version if the "intl.charset.default" mozilla pref is set to a bad value. In the 1.3.8 release the default value was bad, it was fixed in 1.3.9. If you had used 1.3.8, the upgrade to 1.3.9 may or may not be able to automagically fix itself. Either way, setting the default encoding to ISO-8859-1 in Preferences/Languages should fix it.
