Yep, I also got this problem, and it took me quite some time to find
what was going on :)
If you've got the same problem as what I had, mozilla won't start
anymore. What you've got to do is to remove
lib/mozilla-1.2b/components/compreg.dat, that should 'fix' mozilla so
that it can run. Once you have done that, you must make sure the users
who will launch galeon can't write in lib/mozilla-1.2b, then everything
should be fine.

Hope that will fix your problem,
