The best start would probably be to make sure Mozilla supports this
first (I don't know if it already does, but I'm guessing, based on your
request, that it doesn't). Since Galeon is based on Mozilla, mhtml
support in Galeon will probably come more or less for free once it's
supported by Mozilla.

So I'd advise you to go to http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/ and make sure
there is a bug report requesting support for this.
