Or do you really mean two Galeon processes? If I have a Galeon running and start it a second time, a new tab is opened in the first Galeon. So I'm not even able to start a second Galeon process. And I think that's how it's meant to be, because two separate Galeons would happily overwrite their files in ~/.galeon. Regards...
