Dear Sir, I am a final year student in University and am working on a project for my final year project on wed mining. I am keen on using the HTML tidy as part of my project but when I downloaded it. I am not able to run the program properly. I unzipped the file and there is one .exe file in the folder which i assume is the HTML_tidy program. However when i type in: i do not get any response from the system neither does my file get converted to xml. tidy -asxhtml -numeric < [filename].html > [filename].xml Can you kindly assist me in solving this problem? Do i have to ensure that the file that i want to transform to xml is in the same folder as the html_tidy.exe? Do i have to state the directory when issuing the commands in html_tidy's terminal? Thank you for your help. Regards, Everest
