It seems to me that Opera Turbo, when set to automatic, activates normally but once it is on it does not seem to ever de-activate. I get the "you seem to be on a slow network" message occasionally, but much more often I get a message to the effect: "you are on fast network, you should disable Opera Turbo." This is all non-specific; I haven't done any exact data collection about it. However, I wonder if there is someplace we can learn about the decision process: when does Opera Turbo decide to activate? when does it decide to deactivate? - Bill -- J.
