Yes you're right. And besides I don't know very well how to handle this
case without creating a pause script
#!/bin/sh
"$@"
echo "Press return"
read nothing

and having a Desktop file containing

pause cat %f
as application
However there's a solution while with opera current behaviour we can't
remove the -hold it seems.
