Actually, sounds like you have some challenges -
1)If you are taking payment and then crediting vendor, then you are the responsible party - have you considered what will happen if there is a customer complaint and the vendor refuses to respond?
Overall, I would say that the best idea is for the admin to accept all funds and then do accounting and pay  vendors.  If this is only a passthrough type of site - that is all items are the vendors, you charge to list items and then vendors get money - then you need to set so that at checkout they will see each vendor name and the item they are getting from that vendor plus shipping, etc.  
What you can then do is set admin to do a calculation daily of orders, amount charged minus shipping, then send the rest via say paypal by creating a list of vendors and amounts and you go send from a payees list.  Otherwise sounds like major programming and will need a pro for this.
