ACDsee and Exif?

I recently changed to ACDsee 6.0 and immediately run into a problem
with Pixory (version 2.12). If I rotate a picture in ACDsee, Pixory
fails to recognize the Exif header.

I have not had any problems with ACDsee classic, so something must
have changed in ACDsee. On the other hand, other software I have
tested does read the rotated Exif header without any problem, so my
guess is that there is some Pixory problem hidden here (or maybe JRE,
I run 1.4.2)?

Except for the Exif failure, the rotated pictures does work fine in
Pixory. I have not tested your newer Pixory versions, but on the other
hand there is nothing in your release notes about any Exif-related
changes.
