I did not do a rebuild. It is probably related to windows in some way. It
would be very helpful if you could run it on windows which I am sure if the
platform of the vast majority of the users. You might see these things.

I still cannot get it to start automatically. The only choice is double
click the pixory.jar. Very inconvenient and easy to forget.

When I am doing the work of setting the sharing I must log out before it
takes place. I also can find no way to get back to the album list to pick
another to set. I realize the back button does not work, you said that
before but it should or there should be an easy way. Another windows problem
?

I am not absolutely positive it was the install. I did not check it before
install, maybe something else caused it.

I always want to give this but not expecting the problem I did not check the
status before stating. Next time I will try to do so and perhaps I can give
more information. It would be very helpful if some kind of trace could be
turned on to give you more data. That is VERY helpful in the DXLABS suite of
Ham Radio DX Logging programs.

I have no such directory!

I simply extract the zip into c:\pixory with winzip. I use the extract
function that maintains the directory structure.
Yes I had to run from the command window as shown in the FAQ.
