mediawiki installed

I spent some time to install MediaWiki in our SF instance.  It's pretty 
limited:

  - no email
  - no uploads

There are fixes for both of these, but it'll take time to implement.

Also, the wiki is _slow_ and I've had a few weird page refresh problems 
already, too.

I figured I'd let you all look at it and see if it's useful.  If not, 
we'll ditch MediaWiki and try something else.

I want to use it for:

  - instructions of how to get PyBlosxom working in the myriad of 
different contexts, platforms, usage scenarios, ...
  - host the plugin registry
  - host the flavour registry
  - host specifications for future features

Any thoughts?
