nospam is pretty good. The current released version is *way* too easy
and has been defeated thousands of times on my site alone. I've built a
more difficult CAPTCHA which I believe was formatted to this list at
one point. I have a few more tweaks for it but I've stopped using it
myself in favor of Akismet which is a bit less effective but it fully
accessible to users with visible disabilities.

I'd like to see something general that I could actually use in addition
to the Akismet plugin. Right now, I "reject" spam comments by just
tossing them out. While I have no reports of false positiives, a better
idea would be able to "reject" spam into a moderation queue where it
could be tossed out and/or sent back to Askimet as spam/ham.

We should. A good spam plugin is the difference between me having
comments or not and blog comments are extremely important to me.
