there should be no problem with using PyObjC in combination with SOPE 
if you like it. Personally I prefer to see an interpreted of 
Objective-C (or sth close).

The magic is that its directly built upon the ObjC runtime and requires 
no bridge to map selectors, classes, objects and that it has the same 
syntax like ObjC.

To bad, its rather nice and one of the reasons why having sth powerful 
like EOF in the back is useful.

If you still have the Apple ObjC EOF, you should be able to use it with 
SOPE after some tweaking.
No reason to change everything in _one_ step, no?

Yes, D2JC is quite interesting/beautiful technology. But I suppose just 
delivering the UI via XML (like the iTunes Store) is a more practical 
solution. If this isn't sufficient I think you would like to have a 
real offline sync anyway.
But this topic is better placed into an own thread.

I wasn't saying that this is impossible with WO, just that its harder 
than with other, more 'current' frameworks (like Zope) ;-)

Thanks Mont, this sounds good. It still leaves open the question 
whether you would be willing to maintain AJR as part of SOPE instead of 
an own project. That would be a very big + for the AJR inclusion.

I consider that important because AJR / SOPE must be tweaked a bit to 
work together and redoing that for every AJR release (if there is 
something like this) is considered significant work.
