Denis I am not sure that a "system" is really necessary. I guess that there is only a small number of people who would actually contribute (especially as WML IS in a pretty good shape). For this, I believe, CVS write-access to people with demonstrated understanding of WML would be enough, if you define who development is going to work (stable and development branch, for example). In addition, it should be clear how it will be decided of a patch is going into the stable branch. I think, one person making this decision (based on the input of other interested parties) would work best. Keep it simple!
